At Syenora , customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, refunds, and replacements may be considered.
General Terms
All cosmetic and skincare products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity standards.
Products that are opened, used, altered, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
Syeda’s Ventures OPC Private Limited Company shall not be held responsible for any damage or deterioration occurring after successful delivery of the order.
All return, refund, or replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to internal verification and approval.
All return- and refund-related processes are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations and data protection requirements.
Damaged or Incorrect Product Received
Replacements will be provided only if the product is verified to be damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for claim verification.
The issue must be reported within 48 business hours of delivery by emailing Customersupport@syenora.com
The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all components intact.
Damage caused due to customer handling, improper storage, or usage is not covered.
Once approved, replacements will be processed within 7–21 business days.
Final approval of all claims rests solely with Syeda’s Ventures OPC Private Limited Company.
Return Eligibility (Limited Exceptions)
All purchases are strictly non-refundable. However, a return request may be considered within 7 days of delivery only if one of the following applies:
The product was received in a physically damaged condition (supported by a valid unboxing video).
The order was delivered with missing parts or accessories.
The product received is different from what was originally ordered.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted For
Products that have been opened, used, or tried.
Claims submitted without valid unboxing proof, invoice, or batch ID (if required).
Damage occurring after successful delivery.
Returns based on personal preference, including shade, fragrance, texture, or unmet expectations.
Refund & Replacement Timelines
Claim verification: 3–5 business days
Replacement processing (if approved): 7–21 business days
Refund processing (if applicable): 7–14 business days after approval
Refunds will be initiated only through the original mode of payment or as communicated at the time of approval.
Important Note
Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Company Rights
Syeda’s Ventures OPC Private Limited Company reserves the right to:
Approve or reject any return, refund, or replacement request based on the evidence provided.
Request additional information or documentation for verification purposes.
Modify, update, or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Take final decisions on all claim-related matters and disputes.
Cancel any order in the event of a technical error or pricing discrepancy, without prior intimation.
